Adan Nance

Adan Nance currently serves as President of the Pittsburg Area Young Professionals (PAYP) and has been actively involved with the organization since 2019, joining the PAYP Board of Directors in 2021. In his role, Adan is committed to strengthening community connections, expanding service opportunities, and helping young professionals become engaged, invested leaders within the Pittsburg area.

Professionally, Adan works in public service, a career field that closely aligns with his passion for community involvement and helping others. Both through his career and his leadership within PAYP, he is driven by a service-oriented mindset—focused on accountability, collaboration, and making a positive impact where people live and work.

Outside of PAYP, Adan is a proud parent of three children who keep him busy and grounded. He is also fortunate to have a super supportive girlfriend and enjoys being part of her children’s lives as well, further reinforcing the importance he places on family, mentorship, and community. Since 2022, Adan has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, reflecting his continued commitment to service and investing in the next generation. Adan believes that when young professionals are given opportunities to serve, lead, and connect, they not only grow individually but help build a stronger, more resilient community.
