Lauren Baldwin

Lauren Baldwin is an at-large board member of the Pittsburg Area Young Professionals and has been actively involved with PAYP for the past three years. In her role, Lauren values the opportunity to volunteer, give back, and make a meaningful difference in Pittsburg—a community she is proud to support. Through PAYP, she enjoys building connections and contributing to initiatives that engage and empower young professionals across the area.

Professionally, Lauren serves as the Director of Development for the College of Education at Pittsburg State University. In this role, she is passionate about fundraising initiatives that provide opportunities for students and elevate their educational experience. Lauren works closely with donors and campus partners to support programs that strengthen education and promote student success.

Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Lauren enjoys spending time in the Pittsburg community and exploring the area with her fiancée, Devon, and their two dogs. She believes that investing in people and education plays a vital role in building a strong, connected, and thriving community.
