Ashley Houston

Ashley currently serves as an at-large board member for Pittsburg Area Young Professionals (PAYP) and has been an active member of the organization for several years. Joining the board felt like a good next step to deepen her involvement and give back to the community. Ashley is excited to contribute through volunteering, event planning, and helping expand the positive impact PAYP has across the area.

For work, Ashley has been with Progressive Products for seven years, where they specialize in custom fabrication and abrasion-resistant solutions for the pneumatic industry. Ashley began her career there as an administrative assistant and have since grown into my current role as Sales Manager. This position allows her to work closely with customers, conduct site visits, and collaborate on unique solutions. No two challenges are the same, and she truly enjoys helping customers solve problems and succeed.

Outside of work, Ashley is married to her husband, Peyton, and they have two children, Natalie (6) and Remi (4). Ashley and Peyton’s girls attend Colgan here in town and absolutely love it. As lifelong residents of Frontenac, Ashley and Peyton appreciate the strong sense of community between Frontenac and Pittsburg. The opportunities to stay involved and the quality of education our children receive make this an incredible place to call home.
